Alex Richardson

 Project Manager, The founder of the programme that started in a coal bunker in 1986 as a weightlifting club. Alex has had a significant weightlifting career, including being six-times Scottish champion, twice British Masters champion, and reached number six in the world twice. He is a former Scottish National coach who led the team to three bronze medals at the Commonwealth Youth Championships. Alex has pioneered a repeditive skill base within the charitys physical activity play programmes. The skill base is transfaired in later years as the children are age progressed to sport. The charitys play programme is structured to bring out all the basic components of physical fitness with regards to ballance, flexability, stamina, muscular endurance & Strenth at an early age. All within a fun inviroment without the early year pressure of compeditive sport. this system has produced countless international champions over the years.
