Investors In People
What is Investors in People?
Investor in People is an award that reflects the quality of an organisation’s policies, procedures and general management.
However, its main purpose is to highlight the extent to which it values its staff. It measures this by considering, for example, training opportunities for staff, and how much they are involved in running the organisation. The award encourages organisations to grow by investing in the people from the bottom up.
Why did we go for it?
We wanted to make a statement to our clients about our day to day professionalism and the quality of our services.
How did the Gladiator Programme change?
After achieving the Investor in People award, we immediately increased the amount of time and planning we put into capacity building in terms of human resources, training, transport and equipment.
