Some scenarios occur at events, often these are down to an oversight in planning, for example, mistakes relating to floor plans. Once a floor plan has been drawn up, everyone involved with the event knows how much space they have for their stand or equipment, and where they may get access to power. When people choose to ignore or independently “adjust” the floor plan to suit thems elves, there can be an adverse knock-on effect on others.
Some of our equipment needs a great deal of space. This means that, sometimes when we arrive at events, it may take us longer to get set up as we have to conduct risk assessments of the equipment, the area around the equipment, and the electrical appliances.
We will always try to arrange a meeting before the event to iron out any minor points.
